Terms Terms of Casual Clothing as of 24.10.2008 All of our products we ship worldwide. Only products of SPW, being Stone Island, Stone Island Denims, C.P. Company, is only shipped within Denmark. Please refer to your local official stockists if you wish to purchase products of SPW. If an order is placed on one or more of these products, the order for these items will be cancelled. The payment will be declined and shortly there after a refund will show on the cardholder´s account. If the customer purchases from a country within the EU the customer has to pay Danish VAT. The customer will not have to pay extra VAT in his home country. If the customer purchases form a country OUTSIDE the EU, the customer will NOT pay Danish VAT. VAT will be deducted automatically when the customer places the order. When the goods arrive to the home country the customer will be charged the national VAT instead via customs and excise. General terms: - 14 days full return right, change of size, color or type of product. Garments must be returned as received, including all hangtags, pricetags etc. - Full money back guarantee if the garment is not to the satisfaction of the customer. Must be returned to Casual Clothing within 14 days. The paid amount will be transfered back on the credit card used when order was placed. - Garments bought at reduced price can NOT be exchanged or be part of money back transaction. - All communication must be in Danish or English. Our shipping fees are static: Orders within Denmark DKK 29,- similar to €4 Orders to: Sweden, Germany and United Kingdom DKK 119,- similar to €16 Orders to the rest of the World DKK 139,- similar to €18 Delivery and transport: Products shown on our webshop are generelly in stock. Occasionally some products may be sold out from time to time. Orders inside Denmark will be delivered by: Post Denmark Orders inside the EU will be delivered by: UPS or Post Denmark and their local sub-curiors Orders outside the EU will be delivered by: Post Denmark and their local sub-curiors All shipment are fully insured and shipped with a tracking number which is emailed to the customer when the order is shipped. Time of delivery world wide normally is between 5-7 working days. Terms when purchasing from our physical shop in Ryesgade: - Casual Clothing reserve the right to not offer refunds. NO refund will be given for garments bought directly from our shop. Items are sold as seen. - Refunds are only given if Casual Clothing can not replace the faulty product with a new or similar article. - Products bought at reduced prices or at Sale can NOT be returned for refund or be exchanged. Terms when purchasing from our webshop on www.casualclothing.dk: - The customer has 14 days to return the product. If the customer is unhappy with the purchase, the customer must send back the products at own costs. The products must be returned to Casual Clothing within 14 days of receiving the products. - The customer must clearly state all relevant information such as name,address, invoice and order number, and what  further action the customer wants to take. - If the customers wishes a refund, the money will be refunded to the payment card used when the order was placed. - Casual Clothing allows a handling period of up to 10 working days for such actions. Products MUST be returned as new and unworn. All tags including price tags etc must still be attached to the product exactly as when purchased from Casual Clothing. If the customer fails to comply with these terms, Casual Clothing reserve the right to return the product to the customer and no refund will be given to the customer. Products bought at reduced prices or at Sale can NOT be returned for refund or be exchanged.
